- Fancy colored diamonds optimization training (Blue, green and pink etc)
- Train 50 diamond cutters in a 1 year accelerated training program.

For our global training center, the INSTITUTE OF DIAMOND CUTTING, based in the canton Fribourg, we are looking for 10 diamond polishers - Master cutters to join our team. Your primary mission as master cutters will be to integrate the first Swiss based diamond training center core-team.
YOUR MISSIONS:
- Develop the training programs based on management objectives and vision
- Define requirements of the watch and high jewelry segment
- Rough diamond sorting
- Rough planning experience
- Experiment and develop the new cut designs for optimal brilliance
- Fancy colored diamonds optimization training (Blue, green and pink etc)
- Train 50-100 diamond cutters in a 1 year accelerated training program.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Over 20 years of experience in diamond cutting with proven track records
- Training experience
- Production unit management
- A passion for the industry
- Master all steps of cutting: Planning with Sarine scanners & Marking
- Experience in tradition sawing, laser cutting
- Master 3Ex, Heart & Harrows for white roughs
- The passion of sharing with new generation of diamond polishers
